3. Products, Pricing & Payments

We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, and pricing. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, display settings, or production differences.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Sunavyaa. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via your Bank’s payment gateway and its authorized partners.
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Sunavyaa does not store or collect your card or UPI credentials. All payment data is handled directly by ICICI Bank’s PCI-DSS compliant payment system.
In the event of payment failures or delays due to technical issues at the gateway or your bank, Sunavyaa shall not be held liable.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). International orders may include currency conversion and bank processing fees.

6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We care about customer satisfaction and ensure all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

Refunds or replacements are permitted only under these conditions:

The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The customer raises a request within 7 days of delivery by emailing connect@sunavyaa.com with proof (order number, photos, etc.).
Upon verification, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges:

Size or preference-based exchanges may be allowed subject to availability.
Return shipping costs for size exchanges may be borne by the customer.

Note: No refund or exchange will be accepted if the item has been worn, washed, or altered.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across India and select international destinations.
Delivery timelines vary by location; estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and software — is the property of Sunavyaa. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of it without prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in a manner that may harm, disable, or impair our systems. Unauthorized use of the Platform may lead to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sunavyaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any purchase made. Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunavyaa, its officers, partners, and ICICI Bank from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of payment services, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable law.

12. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

We reserve the right to block or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or violation of RBI, NPCI, or ICICI Bank’s security guidelines.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.

14. Amendments to Terms

Sunavyaa reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page and shall be effective immediately upon posting.
