Delivery & Shipping

At SUNAVYAA, every piece is crafted with intention — made only after you place your order.
Our made-to-order process allows us to stay mindful: reducing excess inventory, minimizing waste, and creating space for slow, conscious fashion.

Because each garment is made just for you, please allow up to 12 working days from the date of your order for production and dispatch. We often ship sooner whenever possible, and you’ll receive an update by email as soon as your piece begins its journey to you.

All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners — including Delhivery, DTDC, and BlueDart — to ensure your package arrives safely and promptly.

• Shipping Fee: ₹100 flat for all orders below ₹3000
• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹3000 within India
• Dispatch Time: Within 12 working days of order placement
• Delivery Time: 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on location

For any queries or assistance with your order, you can always write to us at connect@sunavyaa.com or sunavyaa.store@gmail.com — we’d love to help.

If there are any unforeseen delays, our team will reach out to you right away.
