How to Measure
Grab a soft measuring tape, stand naturally, and wear the undergarments you plan to pair with your Sunavyaa piece. Hold the tape snug but not tight, and keep it parallel to the floor for all horizontal measurements.

Chest – Measure around the fullest part of your chest, across the apex points.

Waist – Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (usually an inch or two above the belly button).

Hip – Measure around the widest part of your hips/butt.

Bicep – Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm, just below the armpit.
These numbers reflect body measurements, not garment dimensions. Order according to your actual measurements for the intended fit unless the product description suggests otherwise.
Between Sizes?
Choose the size that matches your largest measurement.
For example, if your chest is 38″, waist 31″, and hip 41″, go for a Large so the bust area is comfortable—waists can be taken in more easily than busts can be let out.
